CIP system

This sytem provided in the SERAIL freeze-dryer uses an overpressure spraying system that covers a maximum of the internal surfaces.

The conception of overpressure spraying nozzles permits the use, if requested, cleaning agents such as water, solvent, etc...

The cleaning cycle consists of three main phases : • Initial rinsing • Recirculation • Final rinsing • Drying The proposed system applies only to the freeze-drying chamber as well as in the ice condenser. Recirculation cycles allows us to minimize water consumption.
