CAL 21 system P.L.C. and PC softwares are in house developed and validated by SERAIL automation engineering department for our freeze dryers and all our automatic loading unloading systems (A.L.U.S.). This control system is totally 21 CFR Part 11 compliant and all the operating information will be in local language on the display. One SCADA CAL 21 control system made of a PC supervisor associated to a PLC and SQL server offering automated report generation, all programmed following the GAMP IV.
